The staff is sprucing up the boards a little.  
We are in the process of re-organizing the boards and sub boards. We are hoping you will find it easier to navigate the sections easier.  Please bare with us as it's going to take us a few days.  

This has been brought to my attention and needs to be addressed.

As of late, I do not who is doing this or why. That doesn't matter.
Someone is going into the smilies in admin and changing the codes.
I have fixed this TWO times now.It took me an hour to fix it.
If this happens again I am disabling them all.
I really don't want to do that. So, please stop.

Speaking of smilies.....If I see any more replies using just a smiley and no response other than just that , it's getting deleted.
Same goes for excessive use in each post. Three is the limit.

I wanted to take a moment to say my goodbyes. I am finding my time has become so limited for playing the Sims and for being an active participant on fan sites that I have to "let go".

Real Life has become so much more demanding and so much more important to me! I hope you all understand. The uploads I have shared with you were made with love and you have my permission to continue to share them here. They do not have to be removed unless you just want to and need the space. In case you've wondered where I've been and what I've been doing. Psychedelicsim and I have teamed up once again! This time we are doing a Sims 3 version of The Sims 2 Sim State University!! Of course it can't be a University, because we don't have University in Sims 3! But, we are making a world based around the Sims 2 University. I've recreated the Dorms and made them into "Boarding Houses" (Sims 3 Apartments); I've recreated all the Uni Homes, there will be a number of starters included in this group. I am very excited to introduce Pleasantview Sims 3 to you! As you know Psychedelicsim and I teamed up to recreate Pleasantview!! Psychedelicsim is a fabulous creator and has done an amazing job recreating this world for us. I am very honored to have all of my recreations of the Sims 2 lots included in this wonderful world!!

I've just returned from a trip to visit my Daughter and family! They've purchased this marvelous log cabin! It's a fixer-uper and they are doing a great job doing the fixing uping themselves!! They've done a lot of work, but have a lot left to do and will probably being working on it for many years to come. But it is so nice! It's nestled in the woods and is so peaceful and quiet. The home has so much character and it was such a joy to spend some time there with them.

Back home. Soon we will be testing a final version of Pleasantview and hopefully will be able to release it before...

Hi! I'm so sorry as it seems like I've been gone a long time!

I thought I would let you know what is happening right now. As you know, Psychedelicsim has teamed up with me to re-create Pleasantview for Sims 3. I completed all of the lots and families and she has almost completed the world now. We have a few more additions to make, but it is coming along so spectacularly! I can hardly wait for it to be ready and issued to share with everyone!

We also need to get back to helping to get Autumn Island ready for release as well, which we have been neglecting over our excitement...

With the closing of IPS, Pierre has graciously offered a home for my creations from there. Thank You Pierre!! I will be adding them as I can and so appreciate a new home for these creations!! Thank You!! ::

I didn't want to say anything until the world was ready for release. But after starting my recreations for Pleasantview, Psychedicsims and I have teamed up to do a total recreation. I have re-created almost all of the lots, including the 3 Community lots from Pleasantview. Carrie will be creating the actual world and possibly some of the builds, depending on what I've not been able to do myself. She however will be designing the entire World, laying all the roads and matching it as closely as possible to the original Sims 2 version of Pleasantview. So far I've completed all but 4 of the lots....
