The smilies

This has been brought to my attention and needs to be addressed.

As of late, I do not who is doing this or why. That doesn't matter.
Someone is going into the smilies in admin and changing the codes.
I have fixed this TWO times now.It took me an hour to fix it.
If this happens again I am disabling them all.
I really don't want to do that. So, please stop.

Speaking of smilies.....If I see any more replies using just a smiley and no response other than just that , it's getting deleted.
Same goes for excessive use in each post. Three is the limit.
