Photography Skill

So, I'm actually taking time to play the game for a change. Wow! It's been a year or more, probably more since I've taken a break from creating to actually play.

I am using a sim I created prior and just changed her features a bit, and then I started backwards. I took the last LTW on the list - something about a Gallery. I had what this meant - but, ok. Of course I'm using a randomized name ... YES!! Anyway, I took my sim to France where she bought a cheap camera and started taking pictures. Well, tonight, I decided I need some help. So I searched my files where I had saved a lot of Carl's tips and tricks and challenges, etc.

For those who don't know ... pressing the shift and C key puts the camera ready for your sim to take a picture and then click the left mouse button when she's ready to snap the shot.

I was doing it the hard way - pulling up her inventory, clicking the camera, etc., etc. etc. And this little hint has been wonderful! I now keep my fingers poised and ready over the shift and c key and my index finger ready to snap that camera. It's so much easier, quicker and you can take a lot more pictures that way.

Another tip would be not to take pictures of the same type of thing more than twice in one day. Each day resets and then you can take more if you want. But it doesn't help your sim to continue taking pictures of the same type of thing.

Otherwise - go round and take a picture of everything you see - it all adds up. Plus the more you take, the better they get, the more money they make off their photos.

Anyway - my main tip was about being camera ready - shift, then c then click the mouse button and it is amazing how much easier that is!!
